Antikristo is one of the oldest and most unique techniques of cooking meat and is deeply rooted in Cretan culture.

To make Antikristo:
1. Use a young lamb,
2. Pass through a huge aluminium skewer,
3. Wet it,
4. Seasone it with salt,
5  Place it around the fire.

Just an hour drive from our villa, you can visit the beautiful waterfall of Richtra (near Keratokambos). 

Richtra has a height of more than ten meters and has water during the rainy months of the year. When it has enough water it forms a double waterfall of unique beauty.
