The Villa’s position on a hillside in Prinos village, overlooking the beautiful Cretan Bay, offers exceptional, unspoiled and unfettered views of the area, a tapestry of trees and sky! Of course you will make excursions - there are many picturesque traditional villages nearby, as well as great sandy beach locations reachable in convenient time! Within 10 minutes driving guests will find restaurants, beach bars, super markets, water sports! The scenic town of Rethymno can be reached within a 10-minute drive and Heraklion within an hour’s drive. But coming home is sure to be a pleasure, arriving back to a place of tranquility and beauty! The Villa enjoys absolute privacy and independence, private lawn covered garden and private swimming pool 1.4 meters deep, combined with sublime mountain and Cretan Sea views! A protective fence for around the pool can be provided upon request! Enjoy a refreshing dip or soak up the sun on the terrace! Besides that, the grounds also comprise BBQ facilities with a broad terrace for al fresco lounging and dining, which means you can enjoy Crete's ideal climate and fresh air! Interior
The layout works well for 5 guests and it is a great option for two couples, as well as families with children, since this is ground floor villa, with direct access from all rooms to the garden and pool! The style of the interiors – guided by the owners' impeccable taste – simple yet tasteful, is light-filled, bright and contemporary, with just the right touch of warmth and charm. The Villa is quite spacious and beautifully appointed, appealing in every sense and perfectly well-equipped for modern day vacationers! The Villa features a large living room with an open fireplace, creating a homely atmosphere! The living room enjoys early light and clear view of the sky, great sunset views! Comfortable seating area and double doors that lead directly to the private terrace and pool area! Besides, there is a fully equipped and modern eat-in kitchen with a dining table, two comfortable and lovely bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a beautifully designed, resembling wood patterns, full bathroom with bathtub. - Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once a week.
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room area is included.

Location Overview:
Chainteris Villas are located in the wonderful village of Prinos, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum. Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, which is only 3 km away by car. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Prinos village is among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views! Additionally, wonderful nature surroundings are at very close distance…you can visit Arkadi monastery, Anogia, Argyroupoli, Kournas lake, Matala, Knossos and a lot of other places that are nearby.
