The Hand-in-Hand Mutual Fire Insurance Company Ltd is pleased to support Hulski Adventures' Walk/Run/Jog in support of Men's Mental Health, scheduled to take place on the 20th August, 2023 from the Seawall Bandstand to UG road and back.
Hulski Adventures aim to raise awareness about the importance of men's mental health and provide support for individuals who may be facing mental health challenges. Their goal is to promote a positive and open dialogue surrounding mental health, encourage men to seek help and eliminate the stigma associated with mental health challenges.

We extend a heartfelt invitation to people of all genders to step out of their comfort zones and embrace the exhilarating challenge of participating in our 10km walk, jog, or run event. This incredible journey will take us from the seawalls bandstand to ogle road head and back to the seawalls bandstand on August 20, 2023. Now is the time to show our commitment to improving both our mental and physical well-being. Let's come together, push our limits, and take a proactive stance towards enhancing our overall health.
