although hindi na mandatory at pwede na sa airport paglapag nyo sa Pilipinas mag fill up..

pero mas mabuti pa rin na free hassle na at iwas abala sayo .... kesa pumila pa ng Matagal at pagka haba haba pagdating mo ng pilipinas ...

while The BARCODE ay sa mga unvaccinated or partially vaccinated...

Magandang balita!

Hindi na mandatory ang pag fill-out ng Electronic Arrival Card (eArrival Card) bago sumakay ng eroplano ang mga pasaherong patungong Pilipinas.

Sinabi ni Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) officer-in-charge Undersecretary Cheloy Garafil na sa una ay inatasan ng DOH ang lahat ng mga papasok na biyahero na kumuha ng eArrival Card 72 oras bago ang kanilang flight sa Nobyembre 1.

Ang hindi makakapag fill out ng form bago ang kanilang flight ay maaring mag-fill out ng form sa airport.

“Hindi na ito mandatory, lanes will be set up in airports for this system,” dagdag pa niya.

BEFORE YOU FLY AND DURING CHECK-IN

1. Lahat ng pasahero ay dapat magparehistro sa Bureau of Quarantine e-Health Declaration Card (e-HDC) kabilang ang mga bata. I-declare ang personal information, health status, at travel history.

Ang lahat ng mga pasahero ay dapat magparehistro sa portal ng One Health Pass sa loob ng 48 oras bago ang pag-alis. Bibigyan ka ng BAR Code kapag naisumite at natanggap na ang COVID-19 test (RT-PCR/Antigen) at ang talaan ng sertipiko ng pagbabakuna. Punan ang lahat ng kinakailangan, kasama ang e-HDC 24 na oras bago ang oras ng pag-alis. Upang matiyak na kwalipikado ka para sa express lane, dapat mong suriin ang iyong pagpaparehistro 4 na oras hanggang 1 oras bago umalis. Maaari kang magpakita ng alinman sa BAR code o QR Code sa pag-check-in.

2. Sa pag-check-in, lagdaan ang Declaration and Waiver Form na ipinakita sa pag-check-in, na nagsasaad na ikaw ay malusog at angkop na maglakbay.

DURING THE FLIGHT

3. Sagutan ang Bureau of Customs Form, OWWA Care Slip, at Arrival Card.

4. Ensure that the copy of your One Health Pass QR code is available for presentation upon arrival. If you do not have it yet, please refer to step 1 – Before You Fly.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

5. All passengers must proceed to your assigned arrival gate.

6. Undergo a temperature check, present the BOQ One Health Pass QR Code and your proof of vaccination to the dedicated Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) representative for re-verification at the Department of Transportation One-Stop-Shop (OSS).

7. For fully vaccinated passengers, you may proceed to immigration for your clearance.

8. For unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers, you must proceed to hotel verification booth.

9. For passengers who are required to undergo facility-based quarantine, Proceed to the hotel desk and present your vaccine card and certificate. Hotel coordinators shall verify your hotel booking or assist you in your reservation if you have not made one yet. You shall also make the transportation arrangement to your hotel at these desks. If you have not made a pre-arranged hotel transfer, accredited taxis are available. A sticker will be placed at the back of your passport upon verification.

10. Clear with immigration and submit the Arrival Card.

11. Proceed to your respective desks for your quarantine hotel assignment:

For land-based OFWs and your dependents, proceed to the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Desk. Present the OHP QR code and submit the OWWA Project Care Slip.
For sea-based OFWs and your dependents, proceed to the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Desk

12. Claim your baggage at the designated carousel and clear with Customs Check. Submit the Bureau of Customs Form.

13. For fully vaccinated passengers, you may proceed to your home/hotel.

14. For unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers, exit the terminal and wait for your shuttle/bus that will take you to your assigned hotel.
