was established on 1st April 1952 and registered as an approved contractor on Architectural Services Department, Housing Authority, Buildings Department and many quasi Government Corporations. Techoy is focusing on Construction works for public sector and housing projects as a main contractor.

“TECHOY” was first registered under approved contractors (List I) for Group B on probation in 1979 and

was later confirmed in 1981. “Techoy” kept on expanding and is now in the approved contractor list of Group C on probation of ETWB (formerly named Work Branch) from 13th June 1989．On 30 June 2009, we have confirmed in the Approved List in Group C under ‘Buildings’ Category. TECHOY’S success has not only relied on the its expertise and experience in the industry, but also on its professional and forward-looking management team, which explains why we can offer bespoke, innovative and satisfactory services at an ideal cost.
