VANILLA was established in Mosque Street mid-levels in 2005 specialising in high quality cakes and food.

The Chef and owner, Louise, has over 20 years of experience in the catering industry, including managing several popular delicatessens in London. Louise has also worked as a Pastry Chef at the Savoy hotel London. Vanilla cooks a good variety of homemade food with a main focus on Cakes and Pastries. All our cakes are made with quality ingredients, including pure cream, butter and cream cheese from

Australia, and dark chocolate from Belgium. The wide range of cakes that we offer are full of flavor, rich and delicious, but not too sweet. Signature desserts such as Chocolate Truffle, Lemon Cheese Cake, and Chocolate Brownies are loved by our customers. We also cook a selection of homely baked delicious dishes such as Shepherds Pie, Beef Lasagne, Pumpkin and Spinach Lasagne, and Fish Pie. Also, our popular sandwiches, especially the Chicken and Avocado with mango chutney, should not be missed!
