Our family of six had an amazing time with our guide Hendry Lonzo is friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent driver. We had a great time at the sloth experience (monkeys and birds too)! We finished our day at the beautiful Little French Key. The kids especially liked the beach swings and racing the mini pig in a swim race. We will not hesitate to book with Roatán Roatan For A Reason again. You all will love it. ❤🦥✅💯

The island Roatan was absolutely amazing. This was my second time in Honduras and my family and I had Hendry Lonzo as our tour guide. Booking with them, It was the best decision we made. He’s very professional, informative, and personable. He ensured my family had the best and safest time while on our excursions. We learned so much on our 20 minute ride to the resort all while laughing and enjoying the scenery. I highly recommend Roatan For A Reason, you will not be disappointed. ❤🦥🚌✅

I want to thank our tour guide Hendry Lonzo with Roatan For A Reason for an amazing time on our recent tours to the island of Roatan this past week! He was the best and very accommodating to us! He took us on a private tour to see the sloths, chocolate and rum factories, as well as swimming with the pigs at the French Key. I have been on many tours while traveling and Hendry is by far the best guide-so please when you travel to Roatan book your tours with Hendry-you WILL NOT be disappointed- you will be well taken care of! Seamless Pickup: We greet you right at the cruise port exit gate, holding the Roatan For A Reason sign, just one hour after your cruise docks. For private excursions, we’re flexible with timing to suit your schedule. The earliest you get the better you can enjoy.

If you are looking for a fastest paste and more relaxing adventure then this package is perfect for you, as we drive through ” 8 ” different stops locations learning about the local history, culture and geography. Making our way for the good adventures in Roatán. The perfect tour to learn about the island, This includes: visiting the down town of the island, also named as Coxen Hole.

Here you will see most highest hills & mountain view over two hundred feet drop. Where you can take a great photos panoramic over the top of the island. Also you will have the opportunity for local shopping at the local market, best handmade craft stores.

First, we meet you at port for pick-up. Meeting time is 1 hour after cruise docking time(If you booked a private excursion, you can disembark earlier or later. We are there as soon as you ship docks). You will head to the Exit Gate and look for the Roatan For A Reason sign.

Our first stop will be “The View” at Coxen Hole. Here you will have the chance to take photos with a magnificent panoramic view as your backdrop. You will also get some time to browse at the different local souvenir stands.
Our second stop is “Sloth and Monkey Park”. Here you will have the chance to hold a sloth, while monkeys play around you. Birds like macaws and parrots will fly to you to get pampered. Learn about the “island rabbit” or other Roatan endemic species.
Soon after, we are headed to

– The Chocolate Factory-, where you will receive free samples of the several artisanal chocolate flavors. Then we are headed to West End Village, which is Roatan’s busiest avenue.

Get ready to be blown away by the ocean view at -The Rum Factory-. Here you will find over 50 Rum flavors as well as many Rum Cake options.

Get your camera ready to capture the moment at -The Roatan Sign-. You will also have the chance to try the local food and drinks at the different restaurants along the way. Just tell your guide what you want to do and he will find the best options.

After all the fun, we head back to the ship. We guarantee to have you there with at least 2 hours before ship departure. Roatan For A Reason staff’s main goal is to do their best to guarantee your satisfaction.
