Hoy de celebra el día de la independencia de nuestro país.
Para el año de 1821, José Cecilio Díaz del Valle (prócer) contaba con 44 años de edad y junto a su primo hermano José Dionisio de la Trinidad de Herrera Díaz del Valle (prócer), quien contaba con 40 años de edad fueron los únicos partícipes en los eventos del 15 y 28 de septiembre de 1821. José Francisco Morazán Quezada (héroe) sobrino político de Dionisio de Herrera quien contaba con 29 años de edad y fungía como su secretario privado; mientras que su otro sobrino José Trinidad Cabañas Fiallos (prócer) hijo de José María Cabañas, apenas tenía 16 años. Porque se han extinguido hombres como estos ?
