We get a lot of questions about the safety of traveling to Roatan. Let's be clear about one thing: traveling to Roatan is not at all like traveling to mainland of Honduras. Roatan is very safe. The East End, where the Villa is located, is even more safe — we're on an island and have a caretaker on site at all times. We've never had safety concerns in our beautiful community.
