Pervanovo Croatia is owned by the Swedish company Pervanovo Invest AB, owned by the Pervan family.

One of our objectives is to acquire older properties in the best locations in and around Dubrovnik and create luxury Dubrovnik hotels, restored to their former glory. Our policy is to maintain as much of the original building as possible whilst at the same time refurbishing to the highest possible standard and comfort levels. Once completed these objects are used in the tourist industry and offer

some of the best available accommodation in Dubrovnik. Current properties inside the group include: The Kazbek Hotel, Villa Franica, Pervanovo Apartments, Celenga Apartment, Sunce Palace Apartments, Vila Riva Apartments and Villa Tereza. Although the projects have kept their original charm they are also equipped with all the requirements for modern life. It is possible to rent the properties as a single unit offering a high degree of privacy and security.
