If you book for two weeks (from Saturday to Saturday, 14 nights), you will receive a 5% discount on the second week. The discount will be calculated based on the lowest weekly rate.

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the total amount. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The remaining 75% of the amount must be paid no later than one week before your arrival.

Additionally, we require an extra deposit of 250.00 euros. If no damages are found, we will refund this deposit within a week after your departure.
