Family Skoblar has been in the tourism business for decades renting rooms and apartments. In 1972 the Skoblar family house was built. In that time most of the people on Rab Island dealt with fishery and agriculture, and only a few rented rooms to tourists. There was no water supply system on the island, so tourists used wells as a source of water, and the reservations were made based on recommendations from people who had already stayed in our house as guests. Because every guest felt welcome in our house, in a very short time we made a lot of friends which served as a very good connection for booking a few rooms we had in our offer at the time. Reservations simply came by mail. In the beginning there were only 2 bedrooms in which we could accommodate 4 guests, and the offer included breakfast and halfboard. Every year we improved our offer, and after a few years we were offering three bedrooms with halfboard. Our guests felt like they were at home in our house, and they were always happy to come back, and even help us with gardening, which all of us enjoyed.
Today, Family Skoblar can offer accommodation for 20 people in a 237 m2 house, with a 283 m2 garden, and a convenient 364 m2 parking lot with a roundabout. We also offer three large terraces, possibility of breakfast and a pleasant family atmosphere!
Pets are also welcome.
