[WELCOME TO VILLA IVAN] We are happy to present to you our family-owned apartments. Our four-starred apartments are located in a peaceful cove near Rogoznica, called Kanica.
Our seafront property with a beach in front is a great option to choose for family holidays.
Our main goal is to offer you and your family your new favorite holiday destination and place of relaxation.
We do belive that your holiday should have a feeling of home even when you are far away from yours.
The apartments are comfortable, luxuriously equipped, with a separate entrance. You can enjoy clean water, untouched nature, diving, fishing, sailing, swimming and other activities.
Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace with a view of the open sea, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, closed parking lot, wi-fi internet and air condition.
If you want to see the cultural richness or national parks and nearby places like old Trogir, Sibenik and Split and National Park Krka, Kornati, Paklenica.
