❤️Our hometown 🥰 Trogir.

Did you know 💡 that Trogir had the first pharmacy in Europe? 💚🤍

The pharmacy was opened on October 29. 1271. close to the main city square. The proof for this is the original owner’s document, now kept in the Trogir city museum. The first pharmacists were from Italy and in the sixteenth century, and the pharmacy was owned by Mr Seymour, the younger brother of Jane Seymour (one of the wives of Henry VIII.). The pharmacy is not open anymore on the original location but Trogir pharmacies continue to uphold its legacy.

We hope you won’t need a pharmacy during your stay but once in the area, why not visit our beautiful town? You can also start all our amazing tours from here - e.g. to the Blue Cave 💙, the Blue Lagoon etc etc.

Another part of our “Blue Cave, Mamma Mia + 5 islands” tour is 📍 Komiža, located on the island Vis. 🌴

Can you imagine that the first mention of the town of Komiža is found in a document dating back to the second
half of the 12th century? Yup, looooong ago! 🤓
Komiža always had a strong fishing tradition 🐟, which can be seen today in its Fishermen’s Museum, which is unique in 🇭🇷 . It’s located in the historical Venetian tower at the sea
front. And trust us, it’s worth a visit.

But it’s not only the history 📜, the wine 🍷and the charm 🥰why we ❤️ Komiža so much. Komiža is a kinda a way of life 🤌🏼

With our “Lollys” we also bring you there as fast as we can (and government allows 😅)

Did you know? 💡The inventor of dactylography, a method of discovering lawbreakers using fingerprints 👨🏼‍✈️, was Ivan Vučetić (1858-1925) from Hvar!

But Hvar (town) and the island of Hvar has a lot more to offer. A long and distinguished history 📜 with one of the oldest surviving theatres in Europe, opened in 1612. As one of the earliest “tourist boards” in Europe, it was in 1868 with the purpose of providing “good care for visitors”🥰. Today, the town has a variety of hotels, galleries, museums as well as night clubs 🎇and famous restaurants & bars🍾.

The blue cave is located on the island of Biševo. But what makes it so magic and who discovered this pearl?

On sunny days and when the sea is calm, the sunlight that shines through a natural cave opening several meters below sea level bathes the interior of the grotto in a magical blue 🩵💙. Long known to local fishermen, the grotto was discovered by Baron Eugene Ransonnet-Villez in 1884. Initially, it had only a submerged entrance, making it accessible only to divers. 🧜🏻‍♀️🧜🏻‍♂️
