The other day we met with owners of a cute little place in Opatovina street above the main square. They asked us if we could find a single person/couple to rent out their place for 2-3 months over the summer. They renovated it for themselves but are not planning to move in until late September- early October. The place is available from 5th of June. Very nice place at a fair price for this period!

Its a 35m2 first floor apartment, full kitchen with a dining bar + one room that as a living room with a custom retractable bed (by day can be masked into a wardrobe). Only downside is that the bathroom is pretty small.

Everything is new. Internet is amazing, just installed, strong connection, grounded optics.
