[WINE VLOG] The new addition to our Wines Unknown tour is a project called ~ "Wine Table talk" where we review wines in a video format over a table talk. History, culture, tradition - all these things go into a bottle of wine. We now want to share these experiences with you. 🍇 🍇 Enjingi family wines are traditionally amazing. Nothing has changed their winemaking philosophy, neither history nor social and political climate in which they were made. How is Mr. Enjingi a special wine-maker, so is Venje a special wine. Venje white is a blend of 5 grape varieties of selected berries in late harvest: Welschriesling, Rheinriesling, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot gris, fermented separately and aged in new Slavonian oak barrels before blending. The wine is a golden yellow color with complex aromatic. Every grape gives its own character and adds to the complexity of the wine. The wine is characterized by an abundance of floral and fruity aromas, a mild botrytic note, a light predicate scent of dried berries. Dominates sweet oak, vanilla and sweet spices, ripe fruit, apples and pears, honey, hints of flowers and roses, every layer slowly appearing at the nose. Full bodied and well structured, strong and warm alcohol and smooth tannin. Pleasant acidity and freshness is consistent from the beginning to the end. Altough is not an amber wine it is by coulor and sensation that evoce in our wine souls. One of those wine that grab you from the first sip and you can only fell in love and remember it for a life.
