Jurišićeva street was one of the most beautiful streets when it was young, but now it's patiently waiting for a facelift.

This is a detail of an art nouveau house in Jurišićeva - designed, built, and originally owned by the Greiner-Waronig studio. The same duo of architects designed the main post office in the same street.

The Zagreb funicular: two fun facts & one unfun fact:
😄The Zagreb funicular is one of the shortest funiculars in the world. Most say it's the shortest one, but there are some disputes:)
😁It will turn 135 next year!
🥹And will go under a huge renovation by the end of the year. It seems that we're going to have to walk up to the Upper Town during the Zagreb Christmas Carol tour season!

🇬🇧Get to know your city / 🇭🇷Upoznaj svoj grad

Special programme of free tours for the locals organized by Zagreb Tourism Board has come to an end. Two of our guided tours were a part of the programme - Zagrebarium and Badass Women of Zagreb tours. Each of those took place every weekend throughout September, and the last one ended just a few hours ago. For us, this entire month was marked by these tours, as the interest has been huge. It was a chance to welcome the locals to their own city, and to feel welcomed by all those friendly faces who joined the tours creating such positive vibes. It has been a rewarding experience and a month to remember.
