On dry roads, every driver is skilled and every tire is good. But in the rain, true driving skills are tested! Especially in summer rain.
Remember this during times when rains and storms follow the summer heat. Rain that falls after a long dry spell turns roads into dangerous slides. The most perilous moment is when the real rain begins. Not with the first drops, but when the entire road surface gets wet. On Wednesday, May 29, from 6 PM to 10 PM, special traffic measures will be in place for the Pelješac Bridge race. The eastern lane of the bridge, from the Blace rest area to the Komarna end, will be closed. Traffic will flow in both directions on the western lane.

These two aircraft soared into the sky yesterday morning, marking the beginning of Ryanair's operations from Dubrovnik. It's been six months of preparation, and now we're ready to take off!
With this expansion, Ruđer Bošković Airport becomes Ryanair's third Croatian base, joining Zadar and Zagreb. And guess what? Ryanair is offering 19 exciting routes for summer '24, connecting Dubrovnik to even more destinations.
