Les couchers de soleil de Zadar sont les plus beaux de l'Adriatique. Zadar est également une ville où les nuages ne cachent pas souvent le soleil couchant, mais de temps en temps, des nuages éparpillés ajoutent une touche à couper le souffle au coucher du soleil. 🌅
Le meilleur endroit pour assister au célèbre coucher de soleil de Zadar est au bord de la mer, en marchant le long de la promenade, puis en prenant place sur l'Orgue Marin ou à côté de l'installation Salut au Soleil.

The Sphynx of Zadar, from 1918, built by Giovanni Smirich a respected restorer and historian, as a remembrance of his beloved wife Attilia, after her death.
The Legend says that the Sphynx grants the lover’s wishes. The exotic sight of the great sphynx in Zadar has inspired citizens for years with imaginative ideas about its origin, secrets and power. There are not too many sphinxes in Dalmatia left. This is the biggest of all sphinxes in Croatia. 5m long and 3m high. A very special place to visit here in Zadar.

Anastasie, se situe le clocher emblématique de Zadar ⛪️

Construit d’abord en 1452, sous le règne de
l’archevêque Valaresso, ce n’est que de 1891 à 1893 que la seconde partie du clocher est bâti pour ensuite finalement s’achever en 1894.

Edifié sous les ordres de Thomas Graham Jackson, son architecture dans un style néo roman est assez simple, mais est tout de même impressionnante dû à sa hauteur de 56 mètres.
Aujourd’hui, le clocher est accessible au public et offre une vue panoramique depuis le beffroi.

Il se situe au cœur de la vielle ville et laisse entrevoir chaque lieu emblématique de cette magnifique région de Zadar ☀️☀️✨

How to reach us? If you're coming to our meeting point on foot but you're not already on the Peninsula you can reach the Greeting to the Sun with 'Barkajol', rowing boatman who does the transfer every day or simply go across the pedestrian bridge. You can also enter the city through a medieval Land Gate especially if the tour starts from the very same place!
