The villa has a big fenced garden, 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and modern kitchen. Villa has large fenced Mediterranean garden completely furnished, garden barbecue, free lighted parking place covered by CCTV, garden shower, table tennis, garden lounge sofas ,2 terraces with seaview for your complete relaxation in full privacy. If you prefer holidays without a car and s

tress, then you are at the perfect place! Leave your car at the parking lot and take our 2 e - bicycles and 1 SUP board free of charge. 50 m from the house is the sea promenade around the island. 30 m from the house there are many small almost always empty beaches and the biggest pebble sand beach, Slatina beach in Golden bay ( Zlatna uvala ) with many natural shadow ( look at the Google Map ). Also, our guests have a special opportunity to be the only visitors at the Star Observation deck at the beach!!! As our guests said: House with soul, in heaven, in the middle of the Park Forest Čikat and sea. Unique and residential location at the whole island. Therapy for you soul, lungs and mind.

Sea promenade from our house up to the other side of the island. Every day, in all seasons perfect for running, nordic walking, cycling or yoga and similar. Sea aerosols and pine forest, can it be more beautiful?

Is there a paradise and a vacation without using a car or lying on an empty natural beach in front of the house? Of course, here we are 🙂 We are located between the sea on all sides and in the heart of the Čikat forest park, which even today was bathed in the sun and warm air 25 degrees and the sea - 22 degrees, fragrant with healthy sea aerosols that are most intense in spring and autumn, as well as the smell and benefits of the evaporation of hundreds of Mediterranean plants that clean the lungs, treat allergies and stress from 01.
