Egy kicsit újítgatjuk a mókuslakot. Új konyha és szigetelés is nemsoára kész. Addig is, a vendégeink kommentjeivel emlékszünk vissza a sok örömre, amit a szállásra érkezők adtak nekünk. Köszönjük!

Easy dinner you can cook in our

Chicken drumsticks with potato from my father:

🍗 Chicken drumsticks (as many as you can eat)
🥔 3-5 Potatos (peel and cut in rings 1.5 - 2 cm thick)

Mix it all together, add salt, pepper, your favourite spices, granulated garlic and you can sprinkle it all with a bit of olive oil.

Put it all together in a baking bag, and load into the oven for 40 min 180°. Enjoy!

The temperature is dropping and what does it mean for you? I don't mean changing tires, just be more romantic please :) Right, gluhwein season!

➡️ Ingredients:🍷

✅ 1 bottle of red (or white) dry WINE
✅ fresh oranges (peel to minimize the bitterness)
✅ cinnamon (sticks or powder, doesn't matter)
✅ spices (cardamon, star anise, ginger)
✅ sweetener (sugar, honey or maple syrup)

➡️ OPTIONAL: extra liqueur (brandy, cognac, or skip it at all)

➡️ Combine all the ingredients and stir. Heat over medium-high heat, do not let it bubble! Reduce the heat, cover and let the wine simmer for 15 minutes minimum. Serve in mugs and enjoy! :)
