Haven’t kept up with page lately. We have been having fun with our grand children as some have taken up grilling in Kids Que Nation. Kotah is now in second place overall with 2 cook offs to go and only 4 points behind. Aubri and Halle both did their first cook off and got 7th and 5th respectively. Kylie wanted to watch and see what it was all about and now she wants in. Bryce turns 4 in a April and is chomping at the bit. We look forward to great things from all of them.
As for Cheree and I we will be cooking in Uvalde next. Wade Carpenter puts on a really good cook off and we enjoy cooking it. Well now I’m all caught up. If you have a chance , come by a Kids Que event , it’s fun watching these kids do what we love to do.

We cooked pork butt and brisket for the hurricane Harvey evacuees in San Antonio and in Victoria this week end. So glad we could help.

Well we're back from Neal's in Concan safe and sound. This was one of the best cook offs if not the best we have been to. Cody has a beautiful place and the San Antonio livestock show committee did a great job of running this one. There were 71 teams and we were lucky enough to walk for 7th place ribs. In this crowd we are very happy. I guess it's all in perspective huh Clint Swindall. Thank you for the moving message this morning Clint, it meant a lot to us. Again thanks to all involved and congrats to all that walked.

We just got back from Priddy all safe and sound. Cheree and I are proud to say we got 7th ribs, 3rd brisket which was good enough for our FIRST RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION. Congrats to all that walked. Special thanks to my dad , Sonny Bade , for everything you do for us.

Rollin smoke in Lockhart against 171 teams. Cheree already got 2nd place with her chefs choice last night. Looking for the good luck to continue.

Had a great time cooking in CedarPark this weekend. Here are some pics of our turn ins. Pretty happy with the 8th place ribs considering the competition that was there.

Brew'n N Que'n is in Cedar Park at a KCBS cook off this weekend. Rollin smoke since 430 getting ready for those 30 minute turn ins. Brisket , chicken , ribs and pork butt. Love this stuff.
