Lake Balaton tour with a lovely family!

I know, it is way to hot for many visitors to walk along the streets. Some even might struggle with jetlags..So I have early bird dawn tours! We can start at 4:00 am or 6:00 am! And skip the crowds and the heat. We can even include watching the sunrise! And you can take incredible pictures.
For those who prefer to sleep longer, we can start at 6-7:00 p.m., it is not as hot as in the middle of the day!

Liberty bridge is one of my favourites! It offers gorgeous views, it has lovely 19th century industrial and romantic architecture, there is less traffic and people are sitting and pick-nicking on the chains. On both sides we have interesting hidden gems. And an urban legend about a silver coin.

Lake Balaton is fairy land! Looks like a real sea, but it's fresh water and the water is shallow, it is definitely unique! Maybe that why we have dozens of legends and fairy tales related to it. Tears and gravestone of giants, the rock of mermaids, stories of fairies and about the Echo. Follow me to fairy land of Balaton and let's discover this magical part of Hungary together!

If you happen to be in the Castle District of Buda walking down the stairs of the Fisherman's Bastion, you may be surprised finding the statue of this young man, Mansfeld Péter. The title is Shooting star (or in Hungarian it is literally "falling star") and it shows the rise and fall of this young man who participated the 1956 revolution against the Soviets. After his show trial and imprisonment, he was executed as soon as turning 18. So when you pass by, remember all those young kids all over the world who died for the freedom of their countries and for a moment think about all those young men and women who fought for the freedom of Hungary in 1956.
