She saw service in the North Sea as fishing boat and in WWII as a minesweeper, and after major re-fits in Perth and Bali, has operated as a surf charter vessel across Indonesia for over 20 years. Now primarily an owner’s boat, the Anne Judith will offer only up to 120 days of charter a year, and after some time in remote areas such as Malukus, Papua, East Sumbawa and Sumb - she has now set sail fo

r surfing's Nirvana: The Mentawais, Telos, Nias and Banyaks. The new owners have refitted her for increased autonomy and remote surf discovery, and scaled down the occupancy from eight guests to six, making this the perfect choice for groups of friends and families. She is operated by a captain, engineer, and first mate/cook who have worked aboard her, together, for 20 years. They continue with her today, working alongside two other crew, and a manager/surf guide. The owners purchased her to surf dream waves with no one else around, and to experience many a sunset out on the water calling each other into the sets. It is this spirit of the mates trip that permeates what we’d like to offer on our trips . As little strangers as possible in the water, no strangers on the boat. Just a fun and adventurous trip in comfort and style to some of the best and most untarnished waves in the archipelago.
