The Dance of Sang Hyang Dedari is a Balinese traditional dance which purpose is to beg for safety for the local community.
The dance is started with the 'pedudusan' ritual, a purification process of two young dancers, accompanied by slow and soft chants, hymn, and 'cak' vocals. Then the tempo of the chants would be increasing as it becomes louder. Then the two dancers would fall into unconsciousness, bodies moving along with the chants, while their eyes are closed throughout the show.

There is a particular beach in Bali, white sand beach, that has a special feeling with it as we can find lots of white limestone rocks resembling chunks of diamond spread along the shore. No wonder the place is called the Diamond Beach. After exploring the beach much further, we can find a swing made by a rope tied to two palm trees. It was made certainly for tourists' attraction but it's worth trying! Just imagining sitting and swinging back and forth looking at the sea, what a perfect holiday!

The menacing tradition of Mesbes Bangke in Banjar Buruan, which is still maintained now.
It is a unique tradition which literally means ""Tearing the Corpse apart"". Every time a resident of the village dies and the family decided to hold the cremation immediately (not burried), that's the time when the body will go through the Mesbes Bangke ritual. +The other residents of Banjar Buruan will gather on the street to await the arrival of the body carried to the graveyard. Once the corpse is seen, the residents will attack it, to tear it apart. Some of the residents are said to be half-conscious that they will even climb the corpse, hands and mouth busy tearing apart the lifeless body.

Pura Luhur Andakasa in Manggis, Karangasem, is a sacred temple estimated by Mpu Kuturan in the 11th century. The temple is one of the six Khayangan Jagad Temples, also known as the Sad Kahyangan, which means all Hindus in Bali in particular, generally in Indonesia, from every caste, universally, are allowed to pray at the temple.
Pura Andakasa is also a part of Pura Catur Loka Pala, four sacred temples located in each wind direction. The temple being in the south is the place for praying to God Brahma.

Omed-Omedan is an annual traditional ceremony held by teenagers of Banjar Kaja, Sesetan, Denpasar. It is held after Nyepi, which is on the day of shooting "geni" to welcome the Saka New Year. Omed-Omedan comes from the Balinese language which means attraction. The procession starts with a joint prayer to ask for safety before the participants are divided into two groups, male and female. Both groups then take positions facing each other on the main village road. After an elder gives the signal, the two groups face each other. Participants of this ceremony consisted of 40 men and 60 women. The remaining participants will be reserved for the next stage. This Omed-Omedan method is the attraction of using bare hands between men and women and doused with water.

Karangasem Regency is famous for its war traditions, one of them is the tradition of Gebug Ende in Seraya village.
In this customary tradition, two adult men will show courage and guts by fighting using 1.5 to 2 meters long rattan, hitting the opponent or also called ""Gebud"", and deflecting opponents' attack with a shield named ""Ende"". +The tradition is carried out during the dry season with purpose was to ask for rain.
