More than 80% of plastic pollution in the ocean originates from rivers and streams.

Together, and have installed a new river trash barrier as part of our expanding green initiatives. This barrier will prevent trash from reaching the ocean and will be cleaned daily by the dedicated Sungai Watch team. The work doesn’t stop there—each piece of trash collected will be sorted into over 30 material categories for recycling, with the data gathered to better understand plastic pollution.

In celebration of World Environment Day, we invite you to support in its mission to protect and restore waterways and fight plastic pollution.
