Important: If a tenancy is to be terminated than it must be done correctly and in accordance with The Residential Tenancies Act 2004. Proper written notices within the correct time periods are essential. Failure to follow the correct procedures can result in a the termination notice being null & void resulting in unnecessary delays. At TurnKey Property Solutions we have the necessary experience to deal with terminations as quickly and efficiently as possible with the least amount of stress to the landlord. THE SERVICE PROVIDES:
Issue of written two week rent notice (if terminating for rent arrears). Issue of written ‘Notice of Termination’ (Delivered by hand & by registered post). Open a dispute with the Private Residential Tenancies Board if necessary. Constant monitoring of the termination process.
