Poor ergonomics can lead to back pain, eye strain, fatigue, and even long-term injury. But small changes make a big difference! Here’s a quick checklist to self-audit your setup:

✅ Feet flat on the floor
✅ Top of monitor at eye level
✅ Elbows at 90°, wrists straight
✅ Chair supports your lower back
✅ Screen an arm’s length away
✅ Move or stretch every 30–60 mins

Bonus tip: Use the 20-20-20 rule—every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds—to reduce eye strain.

Small fix ideas: Add a pillow for lumbar support, raise your screen with books, use a timer to remind you to stretch!
