In a world where we're always "plugged in," technology is both our greatest tool—and our biggest trap.

While digital tools power productivity and connection, they can also fuel burnout, anxiety, and attention fatigue if left unchecked.
As people leaders, it's time to rethink our relationship with tech:

* Make it okay to take regular breaks from screens
* Lead by example—avoid sending texts or emails at inappropriate times.
* Use the right tools for the right job (not everything needs a meeting!)
