It’s finally here, the biggest game of the last 4 years is fast approaching. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much hype before a hame before and rightly so.

It’s the number 1 ranked team in the world vs the defending Rugby World Cup Champions. It’s an interesting battle, a clash of styles. Both teams have very different philosophies on how the game should be played and the result will determine which style is more effective.

Plenty of subplots to this game. Raeuburn Shield defence at stake for Ireland, the winner has the chance to be the number 1 ranked team in the World but the most important benefit to winning this game is potential qualification for a World Cup Quarter final and topping the group.

Kick off is at 8 this evening with coverage on RTÉ Two Television from 7pm.
