The aim of the project is to facilitate the sharing of experiences, knowledge and skills amongst builders, homeowners, architects, self -builders and any

one with an interest in making sustainable the future of building in Ireland. This is done through the website www.inspirationalhomes.ie. The ever evolving website has over forty homes and buildings from hi-spec offices to carefully renovated 100 year old cottages, showcasing a wide range of options for sustainable building, renovating and extending.

This time last year we were gearing up for the 'Biggest ever Green-Door weekend'!!
It is an event that could not be held every tear due to the work commitment it takes and the level of generosity needed by the home owners to open their doors to the public.
