This customer opted for a mix of our own blue Mountcharles sandstone and Liscannor stone. We think they are a great contrast together.

We cut these to order so this means we are completely flexible on sizes for block, ICF, plaster or stonework.

It’s June but all I want to do is light the fire and grab the remote control 😫 When will it be summer? 😏

Anyway, enough moaning 😀 We just got these pics from a very happy customer in the midlands who built this showstopper himself earlier this year 😍

Our customer called us and explained what he wanted and we cut the stone to suit his requirements. What you’re looking at here is 100% Natural Mountcharles Sandstone Cladding from our quarry finished with a granite hearth. The cladding is cut to 30mm to be efficient on the use for space while still maintaining the ‘natural’ look 👌🏼

Note the stunning grey/blue/cream sandstone mix which is unique to our quarry 😉

Recently built fire place 😍

This time we used a mix of both Liscannor stone and grey Mountcharles sandstone for a more harmonious blend.

We are really impressed with how well both colours correspond with each other to deliver such a vivid result!

We love getting sent pictures of finished work by customers, if you have gotten stone from us in recent times or down through the years send them on to us we would love to see them! 📸 📸

The Rock Stonemasons do it again 👏🏼 The detail and character of the work on this job speaks for itself.

Liam used some locally sourced stone to ensure that the building ‘fits’ into its surrounds and gives an interesting talking point.
