Welcome to Forest View Cabin, our peaceful cabin hideaway is based in Toobrackan, just outside of the friendly town, Ballaghadereen, Co Roscommon.
The cabin is set in its own grounds for privacy and is tastefully decorated to accommodate 2 people. The cabin is fully equipped and has a touch of luxury with its very own wood fired hot tub with lights and whirlpool bath features. Perfect for ultimate relaxation or a romantic getaway.
The Cabin is situated along the Ballaghadereen Bog land trails. So why not enjoy a day out walking admiring the views and spotting the abundance of local wildlife, before returning to get cosy in front of the wood burning stove or taking a dip in the tub. We are in a perfect location for accessing all the local loughs, perfect for fishing, wild swimming and water sports such as paddle boarding or canoeing. If it's the night sky that interests you then the Cabin is in the perfect spot, on a clear night we have perfect dark skies for star gazing, definitely something which you don't see in the larger towns and cities!
We are about a 40 minutes drive from the Wild Atlantic Way and also close to Co Sligo, Co Mayo and Co Leitrim. We hope to welcome you soon to Forest View, so you can explore the West of Ireland in all it's glory and all it has to offer!
