THIS ROLE IS FOR A GENERAL OPERATIVE, WITH THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE CANDIDATE TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS WITHIN THE COMPANY AND PROGRESS TO A COLOUR MATCHING ROLE.

THE CURRENT DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- PROCESS, PICK AND PACK ORDERS
- OPERATING PAINT MIXING MACHINE
- ORDERING STOCK

THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK INDIVIDUALLY AS WELL AS IN A TEAM, KEEN TO LEARN AND DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS AND HAVE AN ENTHUSIASTIC ATTITUDE. A KEEN EYE FOR COLOUR IS AN ADVANTAGE. EXPERIENCE IN THE WOOD FINISHING/SPRAYING/COLOUR MATCHING INDUSTRY A BENEFIT BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
