Lower and Upper Diamond Hill trails will remain closed during this time.

Glassilaun Beach, situated in Connemara, County Galway, is celebrated for its soft white sands, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and a stunning backdrop of mountains, including the impressive Mweelrea Mountain.
Location and Access: Approximately 16 km west of Leenaun, Glassilaun Beach is accessible via the Connemara Loop (N59). A car park is conveniently located adjacent to the beach, providing easy access for visitors.

It was formed in 1995 in response to a demand for reasonably priced, high standard self-catering accommodation in the breath-taking West of Ireland.
