Day 1 - Koblenz & Boppard The point of which the Moselle river flows into the Rhine also know as the German Corner. Koblenz is steeped in history, with forest-covered hillsides dominating the skyline, tiny streets, alleys, churches with traditional shops and cafes its a such a picturesque town. Oh and the flowers are just amazing! Boppard is known as the "Pearl of the Rhine", I enjoyed a delightful walk along the quayside and its narrow cobbled streets with the half-timbered houses and cafes. It has some of the best preserved Roman town walls in Germany.
