Finished to a high standard with an classic elegant decor, the property is bright and with its large living spaces Ard na Mara is the perfect place to gather and enjoy time with family and friends. The ground floor is a sociable space with double doors that lead from the kitchen to the family room and also from the family room to the sun room. The family room with its wood burning stove makes for cozy nights in with the family. There is also a second sitting room, a beautiful bathroom and a utility room on the ground floor. All three bedrooms are on the 1st floor with two having an en-suite shower rooms. OUTSIDE
The large manured garden with its green lawns enjoys what has to be one of Ballyliffin finest views. Sit, relax and breath in the fresh sea air from Pollen Beach or gather with family and friends to dining alfresco.
