Disneyland Paris has said the show will return “at a later date” but other reports suggest this is unlikely.
Whether it’s the Dream Factory or another great show, I hope there’s something soon for the youngsters!

This is the second time this year staying at Staycity Aparthotels near Disneyland Paris, in March I stayed in a Duplex room - this time I stayed in a “family apartment” which is on a single level and has a separated bedroom. The space would sleep 5 people (big double bed in the bedroom plus 3 single sofa beds in the living room).
Alongside the full kitchen, bathroom and 2 TVs - we made use of the gorgeous heated pool area and loungers, which opens during the warmer months (approx May - Sep). There’s a games room, restaurant onsite AND of course your shuttle bus to Disney which only serves StayCity - WIN!
Everyone I have recommended to stay here has loved it! The place was full of Irish families when I stayed there 😂 ☘️

What an incredible show which aimed (and succeeded) in bettering last years recording breaking spectacular!
Highlight for me was an entirely new scene dedicated to Aurora and the fairy godmothers - plus that incredible ending! Daylight at midnight almost!
Approximately 1,500 drones with some of the biggest fireworks of the year!
Incroyable - magnifique! Thank you Ben Splading and the team at Disneyland Paris plus the masters at Dronisos - Drone Light Shows!

🎵“Nos Histoires Prennent Vie” translated as “Our Stories Come to Life”. The song is mostly in English with the title phrase-only being in French, and is a journey through all things Disneyland Paris - world beating rides, amazing character experiences, the best live shows and ground breaking nighttime spectaculars.
The tune will likely be used in settings within the parks (perhaps on park opening or closing) and it’s sure to be used heavily for media promotion.

This is a proper spa-aparthotel very similar to what we are used to in Ireland. From the moment you enter the classy reception, check out your scented room and head down to the spa area in your plush robe - you feel special! 💅🏻
🧘🏻♂️ Central to the property is a full service spa with many treatment rooms, swimming pool (specific times when kids are allowed), hot tub, sauna and gym! Beautiful aromas fill the hotel and help the sense of tranquillity.
🛏️ The rooms include a small kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, sink, microwave and mini dishwasher! You even get cutlery and a selection of pots and pans - knock yourself out! Happy to report that the beds are top quality - up there with the best beds in the Disneyland Paris vicinity. We had a small balcony overlooking the pool’s glass roof - Trés Paris!
🚙 One unique service that Relais Spa offers is a private and “on-demand” shuttle service to Disneyland Paris. At the hotel you just let the concierge know and before you know it you are in a 6 seater van for the 3 min drive to Disneyland. On the way back they give you a phone number to summon the van to come pick you up! The service is open until midnight meaning you have plenty of time after the fireworks.
🛍️ Very handy, there is a Carrefour convenience store across the road and a Boulangerie just down the road. Val D’Europe shopping centre is a 2 min walk away.

The show that returned was the 2013-2014 version notably including Brave and the Lion King segments. Did you know the original iteration had LED synchronise Mickey Ears that lit up with the show? Would you like to see these return?

The show takes place at the huge arena “Theatre of the Stars” which holds approximately 5000 people and is extremely loud (ear defenders necessary for sensitive ears). Official launch is May 25th 2024.

Luggage storage at MLV Chessy train station 🛄
🤓 Did you know you can store luggage at the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy train station and it’s MUCH CHEAPER than the storage at Disneyland Park!
🛄 This is very handy if you are getting the train back to the airport on your last day or if you want your transfer to pick you up closer to the park instead of your off-site hotel. Remember all Disney hotels and most off-site hotels have free luggage storage on your check-out day.
🚝 The station storage is run by the national train company SNCF so it’s no frills but low cost! It’s located on the top floor either using the steps on the left or the escalator at the back left of the building. All bags are scanned before entry.
💶 Small locker €5.50 (a few school bags)
💶 Medium locker €7.50 (2-3 cabin bags)
💶 Large locker €9.50 (large suitcase plus cabin bags)
+Additional 24 hours is €5.50
I’ve used this on my last 2 trips as Disneyland are now charging up to €10-€15 per item at their storage facility.
