Stella Maris Shore House Ireland is a fabulous spot on the Wild Atlantic Way, / Ceide Coast.
It’s now open at weekends for afternoon coffee and is a great place to stop on the North Mayo coastline.

Aurora sightings not bad either 😉🙌🙌✨✨

We invite you to Discover, Learn and Explore with Terra Firma! Discover the beauty of our nightscape on a Dark Sky Safari. Learn navigation, survival and outdoor skills on our After School Kid's Club, Explore the local landscape with our cultural & hiking Tours. We provide cultural walking and hiking tours to beautiful places and specialise in bespoke packages in County Mayo and beyond.

We also offer training courses in navigation (approved by Mountaineering Ireland), Leave No Trace Awareness courses, Wilderness Camps and outdoor education courses.

Our comfortable 16 seater mini-bus (the Starlight Express) is available for hire for bespoke tours and events and is also included as complimentary on any booked activity.

Our guides are qualified Mountain Leaders, Professional Drivers (Licenced SPSV & LPSV) and hold BA Honours in Outdoor Education and are registered with Mountaineering Ireland and Mountain Training Association UK. We are also Dark Sky Ambassadors and Wild Atlantic Way Champions.
