๐ Today, we celebrate the feast of St. Anthony of Padua, a beloved saint and a native of Portugal. Many of our pilgrims cherish their visits to the beautiful church dedicated to him in Lisbon. ๐ต๐น๐ต๐น๐ต๐น
Additionally, today marks a significant moment in the history of our faith โ the anniversary of the second apparition of Our Lady of Fatima to the children Francesco, Jacinta, and Lucia. ๐ฅฐ
๐ฟ On June 13, 1917, during this miraculous event, Mary asked the children to add the Fatima prayer to the end of the Rosary. The children, filled with devotion, asked Mary to take them to heaven. She gently responded that while she would soon take Jacinta and Francisco, Lucia would remain on earth longer to fulfill her mission. ๐
Fatima is a sacred place that holds deep spiritual significance. If you haven't yet visited, we highly recommend making a pilgrimage to experience its profound peace and holiness. ๐๏ธ

Today, the courageous students from Loreto Abbey Dalkey in Co. Dublin began their first day on the historic Camino de Santiago. Starting with Morning Prayer, they sought God's blessing for their journey ahead. Their pilgrim path today took them from Sarria to Portomarรญn, covering an impressive 23km.๐๐๐
Though undoubtedly tired, the girls can take immense pride in their achievement, having conquered the first leg of their pilgrimage. ๐ฆถ๐ฆถ๐ฆถ

๐โจ Today was an absolutely anointed day at the All Ireland Rosary Rally in Knock! โจ๐
Tens of thousands gathered, uniting in prayer and delving deeper into the mysteries of the rosary. The atmosphere was filled with grace and devotion. ๐๏ธ๐ ๐ฟ
Marian Pilgrimages, a proud sponsor of this amazing event, brought a busload of pilgrims from Dublin City Centre. Our group included many different nationalities, with several experiencing the Marian & Eucharistic Shrine of Knock for the first time. ๐๐คฉ๐
And what a glorious day it was! The Lord blessed us from beginning to end with a bright blue sky and radiant sunshine. โ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ
It was so incredibly heartwarming and uplifting to see buses arriving from the fours corners of the country, each filled with people ready to unite in prayer. It was a sight for sore eyes! ๐๐

Our pilgrims in Medjugorje gathered together at 15:00 this afternoon to recite the Divine Mercy Chaplet and Fr. Leon Pereira O.P. reflected on the infinite mercy of our Heavenly Father. ๐โค๏ธ๐ค
๐ Jesus told Sr Faustina: โHumanity will not find peace until it turns trustfully to divine mercy.โ
Christ has taught us that man not only receives and experiences the mercy of God, but is also called to practise mercy towards others: โBlessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.โ โค๏ธโ๐ฅโค๏ธโ๐ฅโค๏ธโ๐ฅ
