This is the new book revealing the true story of Joseph Bruce Ismay who spent his last few years living in Costello Lodge, County Galway.

April 15th 1912.
Our small of village of Lahardane in County Mayo is known as Ireland's Titanic Village.
We would normally commemorate the 14 people who left on that fateful journey from our village with a bell ringing ceremony at
2.20 am, but with current restrictions this was not possible. Incidentally the World's Largest Titanic Replica was built in our village.
