I was caught off guard in this photo when reflecting on a great panel discussion that I had the pleasure of facilitating last week.

One of the key takeaways from the panel discussion was that ๐’†๐’Ž๐’‘๐’‚๐’•๐’‰๐’š needs to be followed up with supportive ๐’‚๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ in order to have an impact.
