Da die Saison ja jetzt bald wieder losgeht hier nochmals einige kleine Hinweise für Menschen, die nach Irland reisen werden:
Strom:
Deutsche Stecker passen nicht in irische Steckdosen! Bitte an Adapter denken!
Raucher:
In Irland sind die Zi******en extrem teuer! Im eigenen Interesse ist es daher sinnvoll einen guten Vorrat aus Deutschland mitzubringen (maximal darf man 800 Zi******en aus Deutschland nach Irland mitbringen ... sie müssen allerdings versteuert sein)
Kleidung:
Irland ist ein Land in dem man auch im Sommer (wenn man Pech hat) 3 bis 4 Jahreszeiten an einem Tag erleben kann. Am besten ist man also für jedes Wetter vorbereitet ... besonders gute Regenkleidung ist empfehlenswert.

Wer diese Ratschläge beherzigt wird einen tollen Urlaub erleben!

After the travel season is just around the corner, here is some advice for people who plan a visit to Ireland...
Power:
German plugs don't fit into Irish sockets (the same goes for American plugs)! Please remember to bring an adapter.
Smoker:
Ci******es are extremely expensive in Ireland! Smokers should make sure to bring a good stash with them (when arriving from Germany you're allowed to bring 800 ci******es) ... they have to be taxed though.
Clothing:
Ireland is a country in which you might experience 3 to 4 seasons in a single day - even in the summertime. Best be prepared for all kinds of weather. Good rainwear is important.
