23rd of October - the same team preparing for Everest Base Camp which I'm going to lead in April 2022. Slightly different conditions from what we had on Mweelrea. Gale force winds with gusts over 100km/h and torrential rain coming from every direction. The best mountain conditions Ireland can offer 🙂 But we had fun!

9th of October - Back to the highest peak of Connacht and one of my favorite ones in Ireland - Mweelrea. We were awarded with those incredible views of a sea of clouds below us and monochromatic rainbows. My life motto is that nature will always reward those who go out and explore even if the forecast is not giving you any hopes :) I led this team as a part of their preparation for Everest Base Camp with the ultra runner Conor O'Keeffe. I'm also going to lead them in Nepal :)
