In celebration of International Whiskey Day, our teams from Moloney & Kelly - DMC and Abbey – the Destination Experts had the pleasure of visiting two iconic distilleries on both sides of the Irish Sea.

In Dublin, we toured Teeling Whiskey Distillery Distillery, one of the city’s only working whiskey distilleries, where we deepened our knowledge of Ireland’s rich whiskey heritage.

Meanwhile in Edinburgh, we welcomed The Clydeside Distillery to our office to explore the craft and culture behind Scottish whisky.

These experiences not only refined our appreciation for the whiskey/whisky-making process but also reminded us of the vital role it plays in the stories of our destinations.
