A Non-refundable booking deposit of 150 is due to secure your booking, payable in advance. Full balance due upon arrival (plus Euro 250 refundable security deposit)
Please call louise 086 8548 375 or email [email protected] to check availability then fill in and return your booking form together with your deposit to secure your reservation. (a) A completed Booking Form together with an Advance Booking Deposit of euro 250 is required to confirm accommodation. Having checked with us regarding availability, you can print out the Booking Form and send it to us
We will acknowledge receipt of your deposit and confirm your reservation by email. (b) A Refundable Deposit of Euro250 to cover loss/damage/breakages and excess cleaning (if necessary) must be given to the Supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you at departure, provided the Supervisor is satisfied that the Terms and Conditions of Rental have been complied with. (c) Included in the rental are:
Adequate duvets, pillows, bed linen
Kitchenware and equipment, Towels, WIFI
(d) Checkin is after 5 p.m. on date of arrival, and the house must be vacated by 10 a.m. (e) The Management is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departure. (f) Directors or Officers of the company may, at all reasonable times, visit the holiday cottage. (g) Shore View, its contents and appliances must be left in a clean and tidy condition. A vacuum cleaner and mop are provided. (h) Under no circumstances must the number of persons stated on your BOOKING FORM be exceeded without prior permission. (i) Any form of noisy socialising is not acceptable after 11 p.m. (j) We regret that pets or smoking are not allowed in the house.
