Save the date, Wednesday February 7th, 7:30-8:30pm, Community Mental Health Awareness session in Killeagh Community Centre. Hosted by Killeagh-Inch Community Council, Cork Mental Health Association will talk about:
* Mental health vs Mental ill health;
* ⁠Cognitive behaviour therapy;
* ⁠Stress;
* ⁠Coping skills;
* ⁠Mindfulness and present moment living;
* ⁠Supports and help numbers;
* ⁠Q&A.
Cuppa afterwards. All are welcome.

Walking Tour of Killeagh Historical Sites, August 18th, 2.30pm & Sunday 19th at 10.30am.

UPDATE: Great news, local Killeagh Historian Paudie Lee M.A (History) UCC will be the guide for walks on both days. We are now limited to 25 persons per day, so if interested, please text your preferred day with the word 'Tour' and your details to: 085 7184892.

Our walk will also co inside the launch of the 3 new historical information signage located at the medieval Graveyard, Killeagh Barracks and the Killeagh Corn Mill.
