The milk is sourced from cow's grazing the lush green pastures of
Irelands Golden Vale. Only milk from Summer milk is used, thus giving a softer butter. The butter is rolled into a unique cylindrical shape which enhances
presentation when guests visit. The parchment pack is a throwback to another era and is environmentally friendly.

Based in Murroe, in County Limerick, Ireland, Glenstal Foods was founded in 1995. From our location in the heart of “The Golden Vale” we have established strong relationships and key partnerships with multi national companies, specialising in key sectors of the Irish dairy food industry – retail, food service and manufacturing.
