Darkness and light

Nature put on a spectacular display for me and my dog this morning: a group of at least 5 red squirrels chasing each other around the treetops, and performing acrobatic stunts as they leapt from tree to tree. We sat watching them for 15 minutes, with Blue getting excited each time one took a courageous leap, as he hoped it would fall from the tree. But of course, they are so agile, none of them did!
I couldn’t take any photos, (nor did I feel the need) because to take my eyes off such fast and nimble creatures would cause me to lose sight of them!
