A few photos from a walk through the Harz mountains yesterday. The forests here are going through a dramatic change at the moment, most of the spruce trees have died in recent years due to climate change and a bark beetle infestation. But new broad leave trees are starting to grow amongst the dead spruce trees, which is beautiful to see!

One of my all time favourite wedding photos! After we were done with the group photos, the bride asked me, what’s next.
And just for fun I said, I want all of you to run towards me😀
And they did! In heels 👠!
The second photo is from the same wedding, from a late session with the couple. I love doing a quick after sunset shoot with my wedding couples, not too long, 15 minutes it’s all we need.
My editing style for weddings is pretty close to natural colours, I like the timeless look. I love black and white photography , that’s why always deliver two galleries, one in colour and one in elegant black and white. It’s a little bit of extra work for me, editing two sets of images, but it’s worth it.
