Classes are designed to suit everyone from a total beginner, to those with regular Pilates practice who want to improve and expand upon their current knowledge. Awww those push-up!!! Even if you are still struggling now, try wall push ups. Stand facing a wall, place your hands shoulder-width apart, and bend your elbows to lower your chest to the wall (keep your spine long and don't let your hips hinge). You can also do dumbbell exercises that build arm strength, such as 1-arm tricep extensions. As you progress, try a knee push up. Push ups are the best exercise to:
Build Upper Body Strength,
Strengthen your core
Increase energy quickly
Increase Bone Mass
Get rid of the bingo wings ;-)

Are we convinced enough?? At SoulPilates push-ups are made easier focusing on the strength of stabilising muscles at the shoulders and the correct technique :-)
